Privacy
This page describes what rendax.tax collects and what it does with that data. The Rendax app at runningman.rendax.tax keeps its own policy at its own address.
What we collect
The waitlist form takes your email address. We store it with the page you signed up from, the state that page covers, the referring URL, any campaign tags in the link you followed, your browser's user-agent string, and the two-letter country code Cloudflare puts in theCF-IPCountry header.
The form runs Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out. Turnstile hands your browser a token, and we ask Cloudflare whether that token is good. The signals Turnstile weighs to mint it stay on Cloudflare's servers; we never see them.
Every page loads a Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon, which counts page views in aggregate. It sets no cookie and carries no identifier that follows you from one visit to the next.
If you email us, we have your message and the address you sent it from.
What we don't
We store no IP address. Cloudflare sees yours, as any host must to answer the request, but the row we write keeps the country code alone, and we read it only to tell which states to open next. We set no tracking cookies. We load no advertising pixels and no third-party marketing scripts. We have never sold personal data and we will not.
How we use it
Your email exists so we can tell you when Rendax works in your state — Alabama or Colorado, whichever page you signed up from. We may send one more note the week before that state's filing deadline. That is the entire list. There is no newsletter.
Cookies
This site sets none: not for analytics, not for preferences, not for anything. The Rendax app at runningman.rendax.tax sets a session cookie so you stay signed in, but that cookie belongs to the app and falls outside this page.
How long we keep it
We hold your waitlist row until we launch in your state, send the launch note, and ninety days pass. Then we delete it. Ask sooner and we delete it sooner.
Data deletion
Email hello@rendax.tax and ask us to delete your entry. We remove the row and write back to confirm. One person handles these by hand today, so allow a few days. A self-serve unsubscribe link is planned for the first real send and does not exist yet.
When this changes
We revise this page as the site changes and stamp the new date below. If a revision changes what we do with data you already gave us, we email the waitlist rather than let the stamp speak for itself.
