These terms are short because the site is small: it explains a tax problem and it takes an email address. Nothing here is for sale yet.

What this covers

These terms apply to rendax.tax and to the waitlist form on it. The Rendax app at runningman.rendax.tax runs under its own terms at its own address. Joining the waitlist creates no account, buys nothing, and binds neither of us to a sale later on.

What you agree to

By submitting your email, you ask us to write to you when Rendax works in your state. That is the whole of it. Tell us to drop your address whenever you like, by the method theprivacy page describes.

What we agree to

We will not sell your address or hand it to anyone else. We will send only what the privacy page lists — one launch note, and perhaps one reminder the week before your state's filing deadline. We will delete your entry when you ask us to.

Not legal advice

Everything on this site is general information. Tax law changes, and counties read the same statute in different ways. We work to describe Alabama Act 2026-311 and the Colorado DS-056 accurately, and we correct what we get wrong, but a web page cannot know your situation. Ask a CPA or an attorney about yours before you act on anything you read here.

Availability

Cloudflare Pages hosts this site. We aim to keep it reachable, and we make no uptime promise while there is nothing here to buy.

Governing law

Colorado law governs these terms. Any dispute between us goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Boulder County, Colorado.

Changes

When we revise these terms, we stamp the new date below. If a revision changes what joining the waitlist means, we email the waitlist instead of letting the date stand alone.
